Experienced Waiting Staff (Chef de Rang) - Dunloe Hotel & Gardens

We are currently recruiting for Experienced Waiting Staff (Chef de Rang) who will work within our Restaurant Department at The Dunloe Hotel & Gardens. As Chef de Rang you will be part of a large diverse team operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career. Duties:

• Ability to demonstrate customer service to the highest degree
• Act professional and respectful at all times with both guests and staff
• Ensure tables, etc. are all set up in an organised manner
• Maintain a positive attitude in all areas of the work place
• Promote food and beverage sales on a regular basis
• Serve guests in a proactive manner
• Handle complaints in an quick and efficient way in order to satisfy guests requirements and communicate these complaints with the appropriate managers
• Training and development of Demi Chef de Rang
• Ensure quality is maintained at all times in the restaurant
• Shift Reports must be completed correctly
• A high standard of personal hygiene and grooming is essential

 Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in fine dining service in a 5 star restaurant
• Qualifications in Hospitality are desirable
• Engages well with guests and has a sociable and friendly attitude
• Passion for excellence in quality and services
• Leave a lasting impression on our guests
• Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal, is essential
