Experienced Bar Staff

We are currently recruiting for Experienced Bar Staff who will work within our Bar Department. As part of the experienced Bar Staff team, you will be operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Bar Manager. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career.

Duties:

• Promoting and selling of drinks and food from our Brasserie and Conference Centre
• Meeting and greeting guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Recording guest orders in a prompt and professional manner with care and attention
• Provide a five-star experience for the Killarney Hotels guests
• Ensure that the working area/station is kept clean and efficiently stocked at all times
• Boasting a professional and courteous attitude and complying with Killarney Hotels policies and procedures
• Have a full knowledge of alcohol and liquor policies and regulations
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Preparing and serving drinks and cocktails
• Create a relaxed atmosphere that our customer has come to expect from Killarney Hotels helping to strengthen our image

 Requirements:

• Hospitality/equivalent training with training in mixology
• Experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel
• Impeccable dress sense
• Fluency of the English language
• In-depth knowledge of fine wines, whiskey's, liquors and craft beers
• Be up to date on the latest trends in the beverage market
